Our Rates

ERRANDS & MILEAGE POLICY

• All errand rates include time from the beginning of the task until it's completion. 

• The first 20 miles of travel is included.

• Due to the rising prices of gas, travel over 20 miles will be billed at a rate of .67 per mile.

AFTER HOUR RATES (before and after business hours)

• After hour rates are $45.00 per hour and Senior rate is $35.00 per hour.

• Saturday after hour rates are $55.00 per hour and Senior rate is $45.00 per hour.​

 

THE SMALL PRINT

• Saturday rates are $50.00 per hour and Senior rate is $40.00 per hour.

• Refunds apply only to the fee for that service. 

• Any merchandise paid for by Silver Fox Errands on the client’s behalf, is the sole responsibility of the client.

• This means, the cost of purchases are not included in the hourly rate. 

• Payment for merchandise is due upon delivery.

• We have a one hour minimum required, unless noted.

• If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so prior to 24 hours in advance or you will be charged a $20 cancellation fee.

• After the first hour, there will be a $10 fee accessed in 15 minute increments.

• We accept all major credit cards and cash.

• Currently, we service clients in White Plains, Waldorf and Brandywine.  Any errands outside of 20 miles will be accessed a fee of $.67 per mile.
